GrowthAura AI provides AI-powered marketing automation tools including:

- Presentation studio
- Social media scheduling and publishing
- Brand kit management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthAura AI and TIPS-G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8A. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed by TIPS-G through Razorpay. Subscription charges appear as "TIPS-G" on your payment statements. Refund requests are subject to our refund policy and will be processed within 5-7 business days. Contact support@growthauraai.com for refund inquiries.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
