Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.

Refunds after the 7-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of TIPS-G.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@growthauraai.com with your registered email address and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• AI generation credits that have already been used
• Add-on purchases after 7 days
• Enterprise custom plans (governed by separate agreement)
